Terms and Conditions

Rockgas’ terms and conditions of supply detail our responsibilities as a supplier of Rockgas LPG and yours as a customer. Becoming or remaining a Rockgas customer means you agree to these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time.

The applicable terms depend on whether you are a residential or business customer and the type and volume of LPG supplied to you.

These terms and conditions apply to the following LPG supplies:

• The supply by Rockgas of LPG in cylinders for both residential and commercial use.
• The supply by Rockgas of bulk LPG for commercial use and/or resale.

Our agreement with you includes these terms and conditions; any pricing; any terms and conditions relating to specific services, payment options and/or products you have with us; and any additional terms and conditions that we agree with you in writing. Together, these documents form a legally binding agreement between us.

For residential customers and eligible small business customers

The Feel the Energy Terms and Conditions apply to residential customers and business customers receiving bottled LPG who consume under 10 tonnes of LPG per year.

We’re updating our Terms and Conditions

Updated Feel the Energy Terms and Conditions will take effect from 16 November 2026.

As part of Rockgas’ ongoing review of customer documentation, updates have been made to provide greater clarity around services, pricing and charges.

The key updates include:

• Updates to pricing provisions, including notice periods for price changes.
• Clarification of how and when temporary disruption adjustment charges may apply.
• An option for eligible customers to pay bottle rental fees monthly instead of annually.
• A change to the notice period for updates to the Terms and Conditions, which will generally reduce from 30 days to 14 days.

These changes are intended to make the Terms and Conditions clearer and provide greater transparency around pricing, charges and payment options.

Until 16 November 2026, the Feel the Energy Terms and Conditions effective 25 March 2026 continue to apply.
